Aerika Saxe is a Top Secret–cleared technical delivery lead with 15 years in DoD and civilian federal IT. She has led Agile delivery, owned enterprise collaboration platforms, and driven adoption for Navy, Air Force, Air Force Reserve, and FAA programs. She holds the PMP®, PSM I, AI-Empowered SAFe® Agilist and POPM, and ISC2 CC certifications, and has completed 15 Defense Acquisition University courses.

I come from a military family on both sides, so mission has never been an abstract word to me. I started in human services and technical support, and I still design every workflow for the person who has to live in it.
